(1) Aliens residing permanently in Shenzhen shall submit their residence cards for examination to the public security organs at their places of residence from 1 to 15 December every year. 
(2) In case of any change of the information written in an alien’s residence card (such as name, nationality, occupation, status, place of work, address, passport number, accompanying children), the holder of the card shall handle such changes in the public security organs at the place of his/her residence within 10 days.
