On 20 July, the Traffic Police Detachment started the “traffic police service month” activity according to the arrangement of the first stage of the large service activity of “zero distance between traffic police and you”. The activity, which came to a satisfactory end on 20 August, had achieved good social effects.
　　During the activity, the Traffic Office Detachment set service windows for citizens and extensively collected wills of people by virtue of Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, Shenzhen Evening News, “Traffic Radio" and City Channel of Shenzhen Media Group, network and other media. The Traffic Police Detachment rapidly researched and solved the traffic hotspots and difficult points reported by the citizens. And, it had answered 400 odd phone calls in the month, and the visit capacity of the QQ policing platform reached 1,863 person-times; except for onsite reply, the Detachment had collected 233 problems to be researched and solved, mainly involved in traffic offences like random parking of motor vehicles and overload of dumpers, unimproved traffic facilities, unreasonable timing of signal lamps at crossings, and traffic jam. In particular, 191 problems had corresponding measures taken or had been solved, accounting for 82% of the total.
